    Chief Executive Officer

    Yeeland Chen is the CEO of CareerCraft, guiding the company’s overall vision while leading the platform’s development. Yeeland joined CareerCraft as the original Chief Product and Technology Officer. He has extensive experience leading engineering teams and building software used by millions of users as well as enterprise-grade platforms for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to CareerCraft, Yeeland had engineering leadership roles at Optimizely, Experiment Engine, and MapMyFitness. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

    Lauren Dwiggins

    Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer

    As CareerCraft’s Chief Innovation Officer, Lauren Dwiggins helps schools and educators develop forward-looking strategies to support students’ college, career, and military readiness. Prior to founding CareerCraft and serving as its first CEO, Lauren worked at the Texas Education Agency, where she led and supported a wide range of initiatives including statewide program evaluations, curriculum policy, college, career, and military preparation efforts, the expansion of advanced academic opportunities to rural school districts, and a statewide project helping districts identify next steps for low-performing campuses. Before TEA, Lauren served as an Educational Consultant for Vanderbilt University, supporting teachers and administrators in using data to identify targeted supports for students with emotional and behavioral disorders. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Policy in Education Policy from Vanderbilt University.

    Shane Thomas

    Co-Founder & Chief Program Officer

    Shane Thomas is Co-founder and Chief Program Officer at CareerCraft. With a track record of successfully planning and implementing education initiatives at the local, state, and national levels, Shane is committed to improving CTE programming empowering students to thrive in today's rapidly evolving workforce. Over the past several years, Shane has also worked with hundreds of Texas school districts to conduct labor market analysis and CTE program alignment, helping leaders use current and projected workforce data to evaluate program offerings, prioritize investments, and expand pathways tied to in-demand careers. Before joining CareerCraft, Shane served as the Work-Based Learning Program Specialist at the Texas Education Agency, contributing to statewide guidance for career awareness, exploration, and preparation. He previously led Career Education and Workforce Partnerships at Dallas ISD. Shane began his career as a Teacher and Cooperative Education Coordinator, and holds business and marketing education degrees from Virginia Tech and Ball State University.

    Jonathan Delgado

    Director of Public Policy & Accountability

    Jonathan Delgado is CareerCraft’s Director of Public Policy and Accountability. He joined CareerCraft from the Texas Education Agency (TEA), where he played a pivotal role in implementing the initial 2018 Texas A–F Accountability System and the 2023 A–F System Refresh. As an author of TEA’s Accountability manual, Jonathan’s in-depth experience with state and federal accountability systems, along with his focus on College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) indicators, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of the accountability system. Jonathan has also served as an Account Executive at ACT, Inc., where he supported districts in Central and South Texas in implementing effective CCMR solutions, and as a data and accountability specialist at Education Service Center Region 13, where he developed and implemented software solutions to assist school districts in tracking and analyzing student assessment data. Jonathan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The University of Texas at San Antonio and Texas A&M University.

    Director of Customer Success

    Joy leads the Customer Success team at CareerCraft, empowering customers to align their goals with key district objectives. She facilitates two-way communication between clients and CareerCraft, translating technical client requirements to actionable internal team updates, as well as ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed. Prior to joining CareerCraft, Joy held customer-centric roles at Recurly, Syncro, and Stripe including risk escalation and handling and customer enablement.

    Chief of Staff

    Shruti Shah is the fractional Chief of Staff, partnering with the executive leadership team to bring structure, momentum, and operational rigor to daily life at CareerCraft with a pragmatic, people-centered approach. Shruti is a former public school teacher and founder-turned-operator and investor with deep experience supporting early- and growth-stage companies. She previously co-founded and served as COO of Move Loot, a Y Combinator–backed marketplace, and has held operating and advisory roles across product, operations, and go-to-market. She is also a General Partner at Symphonic Capital, where she invests in companies improving life for the 99%. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Urban Education and Leadership from Johns Hopkins University.
